Overview
You understand that by using the Gaius Cicereius bots otherwise known as “Gaius”, “Gaius Plus”, “Gaius Play” you are granting our bots permission to do and have access to the following:
Automatically prohibit malicious content
- Blacklisted text/images
- Blacklisted Malicious/Scam/Phishing text/images
- Chainmail messages
- Globally banned users
Record standard records
- Moderator logs
- Auto moderation logs.
Record standard information
- Guild ID
- Server Name
- Features enabled with the bot and their settings
Store text provided for services
- Member tickets
- Welcome and leave messages
- Staff generated notes for users
- Miscellaneous messages sent to members on your behalf
Acceptable Use Policy
Our Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Services and is incorporated by reference into Gaiusbot Terms of Service. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this AUP have the meanings provided in the Terms of Service.
GaiusBot may modify this AUP at any time without notice. The services provided by GaiusBot may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.
GaiusBot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material and/or servers that in our judgment violates this AUP in any manner may be removed from our services (or access otherwise disabled).
Termination
We reserve the right to remove our bot from your guild for any reason at any time. Gaiusbot reserves the right to modify this Terms of Service at any time without notice, and you agree to review these Terms of Service from time to time for any changes.
Using Gaius Cicereius following any changes of this Terms of Service will signify your assent to and acceptance of all such changes.
